The Big Shebang
We meet you at one of your favorite spots, a place that holds some significance to your relationship. From there we do a whole lot of listening. We get to know your story, what you like, what you hate, the specs on the martinis you made during the pandemic after giving up on your sourdough starter. From here, we come up with what we call a unified design aesthetic. We’ll suggest some of the big things like venues and vendors, but more importantly start to think about smaller details and touches to tie the whole thing together. For instance, if you’re a couple who loves plants, the design won’t be limited to flower selection, it’ll affect the ingredients used in the food and the cocktails, garnishes and presentation, venue lighting, perhaps even the song that opens up your ceremony. These details won’t be overzealous or kishche, but subtle suggestions to carry your ideas throughout your event. This option includes full integrated design, access to our list of vendors, bespoke cocktails, and coordination: creating a (color coded) timeline, run of show, ensuring that deadlines are met, and an environment where you can leave it to us and actually enjoy your reception.

When you have it mostly all worked out, but need the expertise of someone that’s a cross between a big sister and a living, breathing spreadsheet. A celebration requires lists and deadlines and sometimes someone in a pantsuit saying, “hey, stop breaking my balls, Pal” and we are experts at that.
This option is perfect for those who need up to 4 hours of consultation to take the work you’ve done and create a cohesive plan to get you to the finish line. We schedule regular check ins and get involved at the 60 day mark to make sure all the T’s are crossed and the DJ gets tipped. And we will be there day of, run of show in hand, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
